Rates do not include tax. Rates are for two people. Additional persons, 5 years or older, are $5/person per day,  $65/person per month.
Children under five, high speed internet, pets, and one additional vehicle are free. We do not offer any discounts at this time.

Seven nights or longer requires payment for electric usage. An electric reading will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay.

Daily Rate Deposit and Refund Policy:

Due to our short season, a deposit is required at time of reservation.

Daily Reservations require a $75 non-refundable deposit.

Seven nights or longer (up to 29 nights) require a $125 non-refundable deposit.

Monthly Reservations require a $225 non-refundable deposit. (We do not prorate.)

July reservations require payment in full and is non-refundable.

Peacock Meadows strongly suggests you purchase travel insurance.
